At Aweri Foods, we strive to provide our customers with a smooth and hassle-free shipping experience. We use trusted and reliable courier services to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely and safe manner.

Shipping Rates

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 499 within India. For orders below INR 499, a shipping charge of INR 60 will be applicable.

Shipping Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp/sms to track your shipment.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location. Generally, deliveries are made within 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or natural disasters. In such cases, we will keep you informed of any delays and work towards resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within India only. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses or remote areas that are not serviced by our courier partners. At Aweri Foods, we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. However, if you have already paid for the order with a shipping address that our courier partner will not ship to, rest assured a full refund will be initiated.

Signature Requirement

  • For security reasons, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unable to be present at the time of delivery, please make alternative arrangements with the courier service.

Shipping Issues

  • We use Third party courier services for delivery and while we don’t have direct control over their operations, we understand that timely delivery is crucial. In case of any delays or issues caused by the courier service, we want to ensure you that we will do everything within our capability to deliver your order as soon as possible and ensure you have a positive experience with us.
  • If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately via email/WhatsApp. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  • To avoid any inconvenience, please double-check your shipping address and pin code before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at our customer care number or email. We will try to correct the address details before shipment. However, if the shipment has already been dispatched, we cannot make any changes to the address details.
  • If the order is shipped to an incomplete or incorrect address with wrong pin code, or if the shipment is refused by the customer and the product is not delivered and is returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
