Orders & COD

How can I pay? Is Cash on Delivery available?

We accept UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, cards and net-banking. For now we're prepaid-only - Cash on Delivery isn't available yet, but it's on our list to bring back.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by SMS and WhatsApp once your order ships. You can also message us your order number on WhatsApp and we'll check for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellations are free before dispatch - WhatsApp us your order number and we'll refund in full. Once an order has shipped we can't cancel it, but if anything's wrong see our replacement promise. Details in our Refund Policy.

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship and how long does it take?

We ship across India. Most orders arrive in 1-5 days depending on your pincode - check the live delivery estimate on any product page for your exact date.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping kicks in above the cart threshold (you'll see how close you are in your cart); a small flat fee applies below it, shown at checkout. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Product & storage

How should I store my order after opening?

Pickles: keep the pieces submerged in oil, always use a dry spoon, store somewhere cool and dark. Barfi: a cool, dry place; refrigerate in peak summer. Mathri & makhana: reseal tightly to keep them crisp.

What's the shelf life / best-before?

Every pack carries its own best-before date - check the label. We make in small batches, so what reaches you is fresh.

There's an oil layer on top of the pickle - is that normal?

Yes! The oil is a natural barrier that keeps the pickle safe and full of flavour. Keep the pieces submerged and always use a dry spoon, and it'll keep beautifully.

Returns & damaged

Something arrived damaged or wrong - what do I do?

We'll replace it. WhatsApp your order number and a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement. For hygiene we don't take change-of-mind returns on food, but anything wrong we'll make right. See our Refund Policy.

Certifications & FSSAI

Are your products FSSAI certified and lab-tested?

Yes - we cook in an FSSAI-certified kitchen (Licence 13324999000223) and lab-test our products. GSTIN 07AQZPA3662K1ZC.

Do your products contain preservatives or artificial colours?

It varies by product, and we're upfront about it: every ingredient and additive is declared (by its INS code) on each pack and on the product page. Many of our products use none; a few use a permitted preservative. Always check the ingredients on the exact product you're buying.
