Dispatch & delivery: we dispatch quickly; the estimated delivery time for your pincode is shown at checkout / via the pincode checker on the product page.

Payment: prepaid options (and cash on delivery, where available) are shown at checkout.

Tracking: we email a tracking link when your order ships; you can also track using your order number and email.

Packaging & freshness: every order is sealed in food-grade, tamper-evident packaging, and we ship with adequate shelf life remaining.

Delays: delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, or events beyond our control; we'll help you track and resolve any issue.

Undeliverable / address errors: please enter a complete, correct address - we'll reach out if a shipment is returned undelivered.
