Refund policy

Cancellation: you can cancel any time before your order is dispatched for a full refund, at no charge - just write to us.

Returns on food: for hygiene and food-safety reasons we do not accept change-of-mind returns on food products. But we will always replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, leaking, expired, wrong, or not as described.

How to report: contact us with your order number and photos (for a spoilage issue, please also share the batch number and manufacturing date on the pack) within the reporting window shown on this page; we respond quickly.

Refund method & timeline: approved refunds are made within 10 business days - to your original payment method for prepaid orders, and via UPI/bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders (where COD applies). For failed online payments, your bank typically auto-reverses the amount.

Replacements: we'll re-send a replacement where you prefer one.

Escalation: unresolved issues go to our Grievance Officer (Akshay Awasthi, akshay@aweri.in, +91 83685 91359) with a complaint reference, acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.
