Check the best-before date printed on the pack. We make in small batches, so what reaches you is fresh.

How do I store it after opening?

Keep it airtight in a cool, dry place, and refrigerate in peak summer. Bring it back to room temperature before serving.

Will it soften in summer? Can I refrigerate it?

A little softening in summer heat is normal and doesn't affect taste or quality - a short spell in the fridge firms it right back up. You can refrigerate or freeze it to extend freshness.
